I offer a 30 minute targeting session of a sporting or conditioning massage. This will help to see what is happening with an area of the body which may be concerning you, treat where possible and advise on going treatments and physical movements

Cancellation Policy

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment, Min 24 hours would be appreciated. If cancellations occur more than twice I shall ask for prepayment of next booking which shall be retained if you attend or not due to loss of business. Many Thanks
